Creative Flare: New Look Bright Blue ADALAE Jeans!
The shops have been awash with bright blue bottoms. But when I laid my eyes on the New Look Bright Blue Adalae jeans, I fell in love. The boldness of this blue is so charming it brings back memories of a playful childhood. Even in dim lighting, the colour stands out (see right pic below).
Sadly, New Look does not carry Petite jeans in our local store and the ones online sold out, so I had to get a pair of regular-sized jeans, which as you can see, are still too long (size UK14L 30inch - my leg length is a petite 28 inch). The incorrect length meant the jeans accentuated the shortness of my legs, especially since they are wide leg jeans! (Don’t ask me to wear them with heels, this is a sporty look!)
Also, I found them baggy around the waist and not true-to-size. If the length was right, I could tell you if they shrink in the wash or no. Alas, these are going back to the shop. The petite version goes up to size UK12, I wonder why UK14 is not available online? Please make PETITE UK size 14 available online, New Look!
